A WORD FROM THE AUTHOR
Over these years of study, I realised how effective any subject can be in one’s life. Studying Physics in depth these two years, has made me realize how beautiful the subject is. Pauras Mhatre, who used to not at all like Physics when in grades 9 and 10, the same Pauras literally loves Physics. I mesmerize the beauty, the vast applications Physics has. But unfortunately, it has been an observation of mine that for majority of the students, Physics is no less than nightmare. There is hatred, followed by loss of hopes in scoring in the subject, thus studying less and finally, ending up in the low scores. But, I want students to realise that it is not difficult to get a decent score in Physics as well; which at level of few entrance examinations is possible just by learning formulae and its use. This makes formulae extremely important to be studied as at least 65-75% questions in NEET and JEE Mains are formula based (based on previous years’ paper analysis). They are the foundation and stepping stones to success. But, irony is that this is what majority students don’t do and directly go for problem solving. But, I applied this trick into my study, made systematic formula lists and used them to study Physics to the fullest. Those formula lists were all inclusive meaning everything necessary for entrance exams is included in a very well-formulated, systematic and student-friendly manner.
But as they say. व्यये कृते वर्धते एव नित्यं विद्याधनं सर्वधनप्रधानम् ॥ meaning ‘The more you spend, the more it flourishes always. The wealth of knowledge is the most important among all kinds of wealth.’ I am very fond of sharing and helping others. So, instead of keeping this knowledge and resource to myself, I am fortunate to be able to share it with you. Also, the books available in the market are either sub-standard or have too much of information which might not be necessary for a particular exam. I would like to hear if and when someone is benefitted by this work of mine.
To end with, I would like to elaborate on a very special feature of this book – MEME CORNER. What I am realizing is that students studying for entrances are finding it difficult and stressful to go through the two years (or more), as you may know. More than the study pressure they have, there's a more serious problem that is they have somewhat lost the joy in their life, which is not particularly a good study environment. So, as per experience memes prove to be a great way to get some joy back in their lives. Also, since it might be advisable for students to use social media (for timepass), they cannot even see meme pages personally. That’s why I am fortunate enough to be able to add a few memes related to Physics from Instagram, for which I extend a special word of gratitude to following pages:
P.S. The credits of every meme are given above the meme. Also, I would like to thank other meme pages in case of reposts (credits in the meme image). Also, a kind request to all readers to note that memes added in the book are just for entertainment purpose. Any content relatable to any group of individuals is not intended and purely coincidental; so, not to be taken seriously. Also, some memes might not be 100% conceptually correct, hence to be seen just for fun.
