This website is operated by the book PHOTONS (the copyright owners). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the owners of the book. They offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Under the instance of purchase of the book, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to strictly follow the given instruction; only after which the payment will be considered valid and will be given access (within 48 hours) to the online book. It is also the responsibility of the payer to keep the payment receipt secure for future requirement, if any.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
